1030: Makan udon. Stretching. Start snowboarding dkt Spring valley, Izumi.
1200: First full body front fall. Terus pening kepala. First impact atas salji keras.
1215: Banyakkan pengambilan air ntuk hilangkan pening kepala tapi masih sakit kepala. Rehat selama sejam
1330: Pening tapi main balik. Jatuh dalam <10 kali
1600: Balik, makan soba n hot choc.
2000: 8 pasang RGGL sebelum tidur. TIme ni sangat sakit kepala especially bhg kanan atas.

0300: Terbangun seketika. Kurang pening
0800: Ringan sikit kesakitan.
1100: Sakit start terasa & terus sampai malam
1900: Sakit peak la. Tpi rehat-rehat sambil tengok crita lawak. Sakit jugak bila gelak
2000: Mengurut dan diurut. Bahagian atas kepala tu bg pressure skit tapi masih x kurang kesakitan dia. Time baru perasan sakit kepala memang bahagian dalam.
Check internet dan mungkin "concussion". Brain tissue damage sikit mungkin pasal "sudden indirect impact" drp jatuh snowboard tu. Takut "possible memory lost/short term memory" pulak bile bace artikel.

0030: 8 pasang RGGL sebelum tido.
What: A fire caught in a single house. Missing owner.
Location: Sendai
Time: 1330 24 Dec 2011
I was on the way home when I saw big cloud of smoke nearby my house from Katahira Playground. Just an ordinary day, the nearby convenience store selling "焼き肉, grilled meat"at Christmas Eve, I believed. But as I came closer doing my film photography, I saw red lights blipping, and it was coming from in front of the mansion where I live. "Sh**!" just walk faster toward Otamaya bridge and thank God I bumped my junior an he said its coming from some house nearby. The road was closed. Firefighters struggling to put out the fire while policemen control the traffic. EPIC!
Out of film rolls, I couldn`t seize the moment. 15 minutes later I got back home and shoot the aftermath and some action by the fast paced Japanese firefighters around 1400 with my DSLR. One thing I can say is "Wow! Damn efficient work ethic". Around 1500 everything was back to normal, just like nothing happened. it was an epic eve. This year is really intense for both Sendai and me. From earthquake, death, reunion, eclipse, fire.. Not to blame or to grieve but to thank to God with every event occurred theres a message, and I`m glad to feel the moment.

"Mount Gassan (月山 Gassan) is the highest of the Three Mountains of Dewa in the ancient province of Dewa (modern-day Yamagata prefecture). The Gassan Shrine stands at the mountain's summit, 1984 meters above sea level.
Due to heavy winter snowfall, the mountain and shrine are inaccessible for long periods of the year; however, skiing is possible on the mountain from April to mid-summer."
Japanese or I can say specifically Shinto travel to the peak to worship at the shrine have to go through a tiring journey to the top. You can fell how hard is it hiking to 1984 meters in Summer where the sun is strong but luckily the snowy areas and the mountain itself is cool.
